  • 5. I'll do due diligence works to estimate cash needed to pay for JMB outstanding + title transfer and other costs.

  • 6. I can assist you during bidding or you can bid yourself. We can do it together via Google Meet, onsite office (Megan Avenue KL), restaurant etc.

  • 7. Once winning, I’ll assist you to the next steps. If lost, your deposit is 100% refunded. Auction unit awarded to highest bidder.

  • 8. You have 90days (Laca) / 120 days (Non Laca) to settle the payment to bank. I’ll assist you for loan and lawyer, till entering the house.
