1. External viewing only, no inside view, sell “as is where is basis”.

3. Kindly prepare 10% deposit via bank draft or online transfer (auction house only).
4. To perform caveat, search a day or 2 before bidding at cost of RM60/check.
5. I'll do due diligence works to estimate cash needed to pay for JMB outstanding + title transfer and other costs.
6. I can assist you during bidding or you can bid yourself. We can do it together via Google Meet, onsite office (Megan Avenue KL), restaurant etc.
7. Once winning, I’ll assist you to the next steps. If lost, your deposit is 100% refunded. Auction unit awarded to highest bidder.
8. You have 90days (Laca) / 120 days (Non Laca) to settle the payment to bank. I’ll assist you for loan and lawyer, till entering the house.
