However, we understand that unique circumstances may arise. Therefore:

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval and mutual agreement between both parties.

This applies to:

  • Booking fees

  • Deposits

  • Third-party service arrangements

In such events, any refund decision will be based on:

  • Reasonable negotiation

  • Mutual consent

  • Proper documentation

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if terms were agreed upon and services were fulfilled accordingly.
